Looks like this stock IPO'd about six months ago and now is being picked (pumped) by Cramer. The stock has nearly doubled already. Isn't this about the time insiders are able to sell their shares? Good time to buy? or is this a pump & dump?
There is a 180 lockup period. I can't imagine that it will start dumping immediately as they have had some incredible revenue quarters. I put in a limit order today to get my first third. I imagine it'll go tomorrow at around $28ish. They have an excellent client list already. The focus on energy consumption is something that their competitors have missed. Plus, the "new" storage contenders seem like their a good ways away from actually going public. I do think this will be a good stock to own - despite the Cramer plug.cautiousone
I wanted to add here that I plan to take additional thirds if the price drops. Otherwise, the first third will be all I buy considering the fact that they are not profitable.
Well... I think I would call 18% down a price drop... so grab your next third.
