All:I'm sure this question comes up every so often, but I think I'll ask it again, because I'm hoping for a good answer or place to look.Saw a person has an IRA (let's say rolled over from a 401k), which is of a good size, and the owner is many years away from retirement...the IRA is essentially "overvalued".Let's say the owner wished to use the money to create a startup company. Is there any way to do this, other than taking the money out early?Does anyone have any links to look at?Has anyone heard of someone doing this?I've heard of the possibility of creating an ESOP for the company, is this really possible?Thx,BishopDC
