I have majority (capital) interest in both a land residential land developement LLC and a xmas tree farm Family Partnership. Over 59-1/2 yrs, I understand there are strict limitations on withdrawing and investing IRA account except liberal rules for investing in real estate. Could I withdraw tax tree from IRA for added capital to either above real estate holdings?

You can't withdraw tax-free from an IRA (non-Roth) for any purpose other than the timely return of an excess contribution.

Are you really asking if your IRA can invest in either the LLC or the partnership?

Likely not for two reasons:

You are a member of the organization, in which case you are prohibited in making such an investment, and

Your IRA trustee is likely not too interested in making IRA investments in small LLCs and/or Partnerships.
