Happy New Year to all ! Have a small problem and really could use some advice.
1. Have 457 plan with Nationwide Retirement partially invested & some cash.

2. Want to direct IRA rollover to Charles Schwab all holdings.

3. Nationwide refuses to transfer "in kind", will rollover cash only. This would result in a large loss to my worth.

4. The real irony is Nationwide holds my stocks, etf's etc at Schwab.

5. Called FINRA no help, advised to hire a lawyer then call back.

6. If anybody has help or suggestions they will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance, john b.
