About 12 years ago, I transferred my IRA from one investment firm to another. Now I want to return it to the original for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that the original has earned a greater return each year. I think I read that I could only make this kind of change once in my lifetime without penalty. Does anyone know if this is true? Thank you.
