It seems that wherever I try to open an IRA, I'm restricted only to certain mutual funds that I can invest in. If I want to invest in some other funds or stocks, I'm charged a riduculous transaction fee (up to $50 per contribution). Does anyone know where I can open a self-directed Roth IRA that has reasonable transaction fees?
