IRA's have been in existance for years. If there are unintended consequences from the original wash rules, there should be revisions to the tax laws to account for these. Since there are apparently none out there, I'm not so sure that a court of law would side with the IRS.

I know that is a chance to take, but one that I would be willing to take. I know that logic fails to exist in most of society today, but I'll press the issue whenever I feel a need to.
