Is a public or private firm?
If it is a public firm, ask your broker if what price he can get for you. (Also ask about the commission, they can rape you selling bonds.)

If it is a private firm. Ask them if they have an interest buying them back. Or go to a local bank that has a large trust department. Ask if they have any clients that would be interested in them.

It is hard to give real answers with limited information, but I hope I helped.
