Is BBBB a growth stock that has reached it's peak? Seems to me the question is: is BBBB still rapidly adding new users for its software or has it now reached a peak in growth? Is BBBB transitioning to providing upgrades and support to existing users as primary source of revenue. What's the market for BBBBs product. I have experience using blackboard at the local community college taking extended learning accounting courses. Others have said it is "clunky". The user interface can be improved, but it is functional for providing distributed learning programs. Seems to support non-technical professors in providing courses materials and tests to virtual classrooms. Also supports grade tracking for traditional classroom courses. The community college I attend has upgraded twice in the last year with new versions that are improvements on the basic platform. Blackboard works best with courses from text publishers that provide materials for support of distance learning. Seems that this concept is still undergoing evolutionary development. Which leads to asking how aggressive BBBB is in leading the evolution of distance learning? Whats there advanced development R&D budget like?Seems to me the market for BBBB is mostly community colleges and small colleges more so than larger universities. Possibly some businesses or government agencies.Has BBBB sold to all its potential users in the US? Is there an overseas market in Europe, Australia, China or India for blackboard to move into? Can they pull that off? Is there still a growth story here or are we looking to see how well BBBB transitions to a new phase in it's corporate life cycle?Does BBBB have any strategic partnerships with a microsoft or could be a potential buyout candidate?
