ESI is an amazing stock -- up some 85% for the year. Always beats the market estimates. So why are the board of director dumping the stock? Check the insider activity. They have been making deep cuts within the company -- a healthy company? I think if someone really digs, you'll find the growth is only happening at the new campuses they are starting -- but it takes 3 years for the campuses to pay for themselves. Somethings funny here.
