I've been reading on how people are using the FF for RothIRAs. I'm one of these people who started in Fooldom with a Roth in the FF. But after having it a month or two I started thinking about it. Now I have about 100 times that amount of money in my 401K. Why do I need to diversify such a tiny amount of money? If I could research a good strong comany, with good growth and returns. Why shouldn't I just invest that little 2K in one company? I did the above and am not a bit sorry. There are companies out there that fit the profile. And they walk all over the FF. Suggestions? Ok.... How about Microsoft, Cisco, Pfizer? Are those good enough? Pfizer has the worst growth of the three in the past ten years. And that is over 1,000%. Am I missing something here?
Just to add a plug for the FF. I do think there is a good place in a portfolio for them. Just have a bigger portfolio with a bigger place for them.
