Is implementing Romneycare state by state a good idea? Given the issues we have to consider when looking at healthcare, like moving across state lines, pre-existing conditions, etc., it seems like having 50 different sets of health care laws would be wildly inefficient. It seems that Romney is saying that Romneycare is good because it is only on a state basis. Does this make any sense? It makes sense if you understand that the US is comprised of...wait for it...50 individual states, so yes, it does.BTW. States ALREADY have rules and laws in place.
