Isn't peanuts not complete protiens? I thought that they are missing of the amino acids to get them useable as protiens.I guess it would be certain I would only eat peanut butter as my only protien.Blackduff Probably low in lysine and tryptophan. I took about nutrition courses in college. I remember the essential amino acids by the letters PVT MAT HILL. Which means, Phenylalanine, Valine, Tryptophan, Methionine, Arginine, Histodine, Isoleucine, Leucine, and Lysine! I can't believe that I remembered that! I graduated from UGA in 1976! Holy Cow! That was a long time ago. - Art
