It depends on what you are investing in your entire portfolio. It also depends on what accounts (traditional tax deferred, Roth tax free, and taxable accounts)you have available and their relative size.
A general rule is to put your most tax efficient investments into taxable accounts and least tax efficient investments into tax advantaged accounts.
