It is a fundamental change; they're not manufacturing their own chocolate. Callebaut will be able to supply them with an acceptable alternative at a good price but Hershey will lose control. By relinquishing control of their chief ingredient, chocolate, what will that mean for the growth of their company? Hershey no longer making chocolate?
