It is a fundamental change; they're not manufacturing their own chocolate. Callebaut will be able to supply them with an acceptable alternative at a good price but Hershey will lose control. By relinquishing control of their chief ingredient, chocolate, what will that mean for the growth of their company? Hershey no longer making chocolate? Just doesn't seem right.

By the way M&Ms are made by Mars.
