it may not be fungible between burning at power plants and use in the plant nutrient industry but it is still plentiful

China is rich in humic acid resources and its lignite coal reserves are large, widely distributed and high in quality. According to the United States Energy Information Administration, China has approximately 52.3 billion tons of recoverable lignite coal reserves, ranking third in the world.

the above is from company filings

They paid Wuchuan Shuntong for the exploration rights

Wuchuan Shuntong is our largest supplier, providing us with more than 90% of our humic acid raw material. Wuchuan Shuntong has dedicated one production line to us and has based its production design on our specific technical requirements.

The existence of this company is difficult to verify. I can't find them and others have also tried but run into difficulties.

You can dismiss OLP as short sellers, but I tend to think they are a legit analytic service with expertise in China.

I have never seen a discussion of their plans for development. You mention they will contract an outside mining company to develop it. Do you have specifics? I looked over the Q4 conference call and comments were vague.
