It seems like you're hoping to squeeze water out of a rock. There's no great magic when you simply have no time left for your family or yourself. I know you'll probably think I'm a judgmental jerk for pointing it out, but it seems like you're giving your work priority over your family.

No, I don't think you are a jerk. I think you and your wife are doing what you feel is best for your family, and that you are trying to be the best parents that you can be.

Now, to the topic at hand, any tips that you can share to simplify my daily routine?
