The closing report has some great analysis, making the bull and bear cases for the stocks. However, it would have been nice to have some closing thoughts on the positions and the portfolio as a whole. Did the inflationary thesis fail to play out and should precious metals companies be dropped? Were we too overweight in energy, expecting a rerating that didn't happen? What should we do now? We don't need any handholding, but as Ralph said, this was a portfolio service.
