It would cost $2500-3000 to set up a Trust. The attorney's office would handle all the paper work to properly title assets.Gordon, my apologies. Maybe in the Southeast they're all greedy bastards.I will note, though, that you get what you pay for. My attorney gave me the titling verbiage and I did the legwork of retitling my assets.
