The above is a link to a short article about Italian stocks from the "Seeking Alpha" site. It covered the following eight stocks:

1. Benetton Group SpA (BNG)

2. Enel SpA (EN)

3. Eni SpA (E)

4. Fiat SPA ADS (FIA)

5. Gentium S.p.A (GENT)

6. Luxottica Group SpA (LUX)

7. Natuzzi SpA (NTZ)

8. Telecom Italia (TI)

Of these, I purchased EN last year based largely on a post Hamletsmill made on this board. So far, I'm up about 50%.

Looking at the other seven on this list Eni (E) seems interesting. I remember reading an article recently about a pipeline project they have with the Russians. Also, its stats make it appear undervalued.

Also, Telecom Italia seems like a good dividend play. Seeking Alpha said they had a dividend of 5%. According to MSN Money, their dividend was more than 6%.

Any comments on any of these stocks?
