It's always best to crow about your election victory before the votes are counted. After the election you may be eating the crow.
I might be, but I'm willing to stick by what I said up above:
"Unless there is some big unexpected game changing event, Obama has this thing in the bag."
The reason is simple math. In order to win the electoral college vote, Romney needs the "safe" red states plus he needs to win Florida AND Ohio, AND at least two to three other swing states, like Virginia, Colorado, Iowa and/or Nevada. I'm assuming he wins North Carolina, but that's not a given.
In order for Obama to win, he needs to win the the "safe" blue states and Florida. Or he could win even if he lost Florida by taking safe blue states plus Ohio and one to two other swing states.
Right now, Obama is leading is Florida and Ohio and most other swing states, like Virginia, Colorado, Iowa and Nevada.
It is just hard to come up with a realistic scenario where Romney wins. There could be a conspiracy among the MSM and polling organizations to present false data, in that case my scenario doesn't work. But like I say, I'm limiting myself to realistic scenarios.
