it's awfully funny that the Hotels which I frequent call me a "Guest"

I suppose they don't charge when you leave then? All the places I've stayed where I considered myself a guest didn't present me with a bill when I left. Of course, it's amazing what people will tell you when they're trying sell you something (a room, clothes, telephone service - you'd think they were your best friend or something). Do/say what you want about soaps and shampoos but please don't fool yourself by using the term "Guest" as part of your argument against it instead of recognizing it as the marketing gimmick it is.

Who doesn't take soaps and shampoos but doesn't care if anyone else does.
