Some of the science involved is just outside of the scope of homebrewing and more specifically the equipment we use. ------While Michelob Ultra isn't as horrible as I feared it would be, I certainly wouldn't want to try emulating the flavor (or lack thereof).. ;-)Part of my interest here is academic, as well - the wife (who cut her teeth on yeast genetics, incidentally - and not literally) and I have a small (very small) biotech company. I have a lab at my disposal and I'm not afraid to use it... (all in the interest of science, of course!)Many thanks for your suggestions; will ponder.
