Recommendations: 0's the carbs (I think)

So, per my early morning stroll around the land of mythology, I came across this gem on another board....

A calorie isn't a calorie - low carbers have a thermogenic advantage. "Thus, it is clear might ask??..... that insulin plays an important role in obesity, independent of energy intake."

For the skeptics/critical thinkers/True Believers/carb phobics etc, scroll down to the bottom of the link provided...

The *author* had no conflict of interest to declare.

I guess he forgot about this one..
