we need a PR department that understands how to put out the message to investors that rmbs really has a case against the infringers and is going to win and WIN BIG

we need a management team that will quit giving away the store to the infringers one by one so they can hit "objectives" and reward themselves with more and more bonuses and options for actions that have no positive effect on the pps for shareholders
