I've also been watching DIGI and been looking for a good time to buy. When I saw it close under $18 I thought now was the time. But then, I did a quick check of the Value Line most recent writeup (01/09/98) and found "MCI, Ameritech, and Motorola accounted for 39% of aggregate 1996 revenues."

On 03/06/98, Motorola (MOT) just announced an earnings warning and experienced a moderate selloff. Along with MOT investors also took DIGI down with it. I'll try to find some numbers that are more current than 1996 and how much business MOT does with DIGI.
