I've been pleased with Verizon's support - when I had a problem in April, they kept saying "When you have a problem, we make it our problem". They ended up loaning me a phone for 2 weeks while I was travelling and they asked me to return it to a Verizon store when I got home.So, make it their problem! I love the advice of "keep calling back until you get a rep who will help you"... that is great advice for almost any unusual problem with any company!
