I've been selling some of my lower yielding pfds and buying a few mlp's in an effort to take some profits and increase income. Want to move into other income securities too so have started compiling a spreadsheet of income stocks for future reference. The income sheet has a model portfolio created as an example for a poster looking for ideas. There is also a list of common income stocks, utilities, and mlp's all of which yield greater than 4% at inclusion. You'll find this at the top link.
