I've been trying to find out the basis for the charges, but to no avail as of yet. I checked the NZT company website, and it listed Bank of New York as the transfer agent for US ADR shareholders to contact for info about the ADRs. I called BofNY, and was initially told by the customer "service" representative that BofNY had "no information" on NZT (I gave her the symbol and everything)! I pointed out to her that BofNY's own website listed them as the transfer agent for this sponsored ADR, and she then transferred me to a supervisor, who was able to confirm that BofNY is the transfer agent, but could give me absolutely no information on the nature or basis of these new charges.
