I've had two of them arrive broken. The UPS drivers drop them and they break very easily. But, the company is great about sending replacements.


I figured that there was probably better than a 50% chance that UPS dropped and broke them, and was hoping that I wouldn't have to battle with UPS about replacing them, or get caught in a tug of war between Craycort and UPS over who broke them, but that was not at all the case - Craycort emailed me tonight that they have shipped the 2 "quarters" and 1 "smokeyhouse" insert (1 of the 3 inserts that fit their 18.5" grate.) Apparently, they're located in Illinois, so I should get them in a day or 2. They seen to ship the same day. I'm very pleased with their service, like their product and am glad that they stand behind them well. I like the ability to remove sections of the grill - Should be pretty good for indirect cooking, in particular.

(The rest of their products don't particularly impress me a whole lot - I can use one of my cast iron skillets instead of the griddle/hot plate inserts and vegetable baskets/woks are pretty cheap and readily available for grilling veggies.)
