I've had two of them arrive broken. The UPS drivers drop them and they break very easily. But, the company is great about sending replacements.I figured that there was probably better than a 50% chance that UPS dropped and broke them, and was hoping that I wouldn't have to battle with UPS about replacing them, or get caught in a tug of war between Craycort and UPS over who broke them, but that was not at all the case - Craycort emailed me tonight that they have shipped the 2 "quarters" and 1 "smokeyhouse" insert (1 of the 3 inserts that fit their 18.5" grate.) Apparently, they're located in Illinois, so I should get them in a day or 2. They seen to ship the same day. I'm very pleased with their service, like their product and am glad that they stand behind them well. I like the ability to remove sections of the grill - Should be pretty good for indirect cooking, in particular.*2 Thumbs Up*(The rest of their products don't particularly impress me a whole lot - I can use one of my cast iron skillets instead of the griddle/hot plate inserts and vegetable baskets/woks are pretty cheap and readily available for grilling veggies.)FWIW,Bob
