I've noticed a few interesting things in this thread:

- lots of concerns regarding birth control at a tender age - that's good to see since I thought I was the only one, LOL. I suppose it's all part of a risk-averse nature. My degree of diligence seemed to correlate with the strength of the relationship. I recently found out that a long term ex-BF of mine never had children because he was sterile and all those years...I suspected that.

- lots of people losing their virginity in their late teens. As a mom of a daughter soon to be 16..yikes :). Of course, I fear for her, she is so beautiful and so inexperienced, when it finally does happen..wow.
She likes boys but seems to be in no hurry for sex (yippee!). She spends all her time with us, at school, or with the soccer team. When we're out and about and guys look at her, my husband growls at them, he he.

- confession, for some reason, feels good for the soul.
