I've only found one or two myself. I asked the guy at a local coinstore about it and he said even he has trouble getting them because they aren't meant to be in circulation. They are supposed to be collectors items only but ocasionally some people spend them. The government may even let out a few for spending, but only to raise interest in them.At least that's what he said. It sounded right....... Probably approximately right ... the US Mint site indicates that all 2010-2021 quarters, including business strikes, will be ATB coins. But since there is currently a quarter glut, very few are being released into circulation.
