I've read or heard, somewhere, that if you stick with a new exercise regimen for three weeks, it becomes habit and much easier. And, when you work out in the morning, you feel good all day! You can consider, too, that going to the gym is saving money because you'll be healthier in the long run and spend less on doctor's bills - definitely makes it easier to pay off those debts!
