I've run across plenty of "ivy leaguers" in my career. Overall unimpressed.I've worked with 2 PhDs from MIT.One was absolutely as impressive as you would expect. The other was a moron with delusions of grandeur based upon his academic credentials. He expected everyone to immediately go along with everything he said simply because he said it - regardless of the quality of the remark or the quality of any other comments.I don't know how the second guy got through MIT's graduate school because he would not have made it in my own state school's graduate studies. Perhaps he developed his megalomania & narcissism AFTER completing his studies.
