Thank you for your reply- I just read through a series of posts on one bedroom condos the pros and mostly cons. Since I currently live in a studio (and have for 3 years), 1 BR seems like a big step up. However I agree with your post and do want two bedrooms for the space and comfort. I just need to get comfortable with the extra cost. Like any major purchase its easy to go in with a price ceiling and slowly keep inching it up higher.
