I am not as qualified or eleoquent as others here, however I woudl like to suggest that you look at the national homebuilders' sector: CTX, BZH, NVR, RYL, SPF, MTH, JOE, HOV, TOL, PHM, DHI, FCE.A, LEN, KBH, MHO, TOA, WLS, WY or some REITs like REG or VNO.

I am sure I will get to be scorned for recommending such an industry, in light of the ongoing "bubble" debacle, however IMHO the Baby Boomers & Echo Boomers retirement/migration South/South West, household formation, immigration, etc. will continue to fuel this industry ovver the next 40 years, as "entitled" land and building permits become less and less available.

Just my two cents, off the soapbox now.
