Anyone have some thoughts on the new prospectus sent out to Janus Fund holders concerning the proposed investment advisory fee rate being linked to performance? For some of the funds they want to shift the advisory fee from a fixed rate to a rate based on over or under performance of the fund based on its comparison to the funds benchmark index. Think this will be good or bad for fund holders and investors?
