Janus has sure come full circle. I own BEN and any BEN fund company acquisition "requires" increasing the annual management fees. In my view, I contrast BEN with TROW. BEN pays for the sale of its funds and doesn't have very good results from its funds performance. BEN charges high fees and regularly raises fees.
