Jeff -If you've been paying a monthly fee for your online banking, then I would request a full refund.If you haven't been paying a monthly fee for your online banking but have been paying a monthly fee on your account or another regular fee for banking service, I would request a refund for that.If you don't pay fees, then what are you going to be reimbursed for? Emotional distress? I don't understand how you'll come up with a figure for that.
