Jim, I too am surprised and disappointed to hear of this. Simon should, and does, know better. My recommendation would be to write to Richard Sokolov, President and Chief Operating Officr, and briefly explain your disappointment, as a shareholder, that Simon would allow such a disreputable tenant to occupy space in a Simon mall - that it reflects badly on Simon's well-deserved reputation for quality and a favorable shopping experience. It will be very revealing how Mr. Sokolov responds to your letter. I would like to think that he doesn't know this particular tenant and agrees to dig into it and get back to you (and follows up). But, if he justifies this lease, or ignores your letter, that will be something entirely different.Ralph
