jjaym - Acquisitor plc owns about 13% - Not sure if I should now feel comforted or worried.

jjaym, this actually is a comfortable thing and not the first time Acquisitor plc has purchased Baker stock and eventually sold it for a great profit. There are other firms purchasing the stock, as an investment, just not at that volume. The recent purchase of Oracle and upgrading hardware is the simple reason for the Q4 delay. All the numbers are positive. Other firms that have switched to Oracle are in the same learning curve with the software. It usally takes 6-12 month to work out the kinks and bug internally.

Hey, there must be a positive reason they are purchasing the stock, don't always think of take-over or the negative. "Sell high, buy low".
