I fully appreciate what you are saying about your boss. I have worked for people that I would walk through fire for. Usually it was because they treated me with respect and appreciated my efforts.

I don't think that the "other" has the ability to do that. First of all, she thinks that no one (and I mean NO ONE) is as smart as she is. Second of all, she thinks that paying me my salary is showing me her appreciation. Third of all, she thinks that she is fully atuned to the world and everything that goes on - including my life. She doesn't really know diddley-squat about me and what's more, I don't think she wants to!

OK - I am trying to be positive so I will leave it here.

BTW - Not a bad day in NYC but I wish the sun would come out!
