I was reading CNN FN article on "U.S. jobless claims soar" and one paragraph says, "The Federal Reserve, the U.S. central bank, has cut its target for short-term interest rates six times this year in an effort to make money available to consumers and keep them spending despite hundreds of thousands of layoffs." Is this insane or what? A true fool will not spend especially these days. One needs to think how I am going to spend a dollar wisely.

It's easy to be poor than rich. I really feel for the breadwinner who got lay off. Someone needs to bring food on the table for the family. It's very depressing and heartbreaking! No one is going to feel sorry if one can't pay the mortgage, utilities and all the other expenses.
