Interestingly enough Michigan voters told the Unionistas to take a hike (soundly rejecting Props 2 and 4) and I haven't seen any cops, firefighters, teachers, nurses or home healthcare workers starving in the streets yet.

What I have seen is the UAW president pleading for the business community in Michigan not to ask the legislature to pass Right-to-Work laws. Lol! Sure... no problem pal! You just tried to cut them off at the knees and lost, they'll go easy on you I'm sure.

HUGE miscalculation by the Unionistas. They figured the liberal moochers would be on their side. Nuh uh. The liberal moochers don't want ANY jobs, they couldn't care less about the unions. If gutting the unions helps the fat cats pay more taxes and keep paying for their 0bamaphones then they'll side with the fat cats on that one. They know who butters their bread, and it ain't the UAW anymore. In fact the UAW is taking money that belongs to the moochers! Those 0bama sweetheart deals with the UAW means the UAW is competition for those moocher-appeasement dollars. Nope, no help for the UAW there.

I wonder how many UAW members live in the city of Detroit? Probably shockingly few given that most people there don't have a job period, and even if most of those with jobs have UAW jobs (a big if) that's still a minority of Detroit citizens, and dropping. Not to mention new UAW jobs pay less than old ones. Yup, we might just see the death of the UAW in the very near future.
