My husband's 401k just transferred from Principal to John Hancock. Not sure I like the site as much as principal, they only let you do certain things during business hours (like re-allocate funds) and if you log out and try to log back in, you can't, says you logged in with a different browser recently, please try back later. All that aside, does anyone know of a way to download their info to quicken? I did not see a Download button anywhere (and,gee, now I can't log back in!)
