John, I track all REIT common, MREITS and REIT preferreds every day. I scan the data looking for anything unusual. I am not sure why your particular REIT preferreds traded down in the last few minutes yesterday (4/19/13). Overall, the median REIT preferred was unchanged for the day. This is pretty typical for the last month or so. At the Equity REIT and MREITS are bouncing around like yo-yo's the preferreds have flat-lined which is GOOD. For the month of April, the largest change was last Tuesday when the median change was +.12%.

Here is the median change data for the month of April.

If anyone is interested, I can post all of the details for the preferreds.
