John:Technically, your leased vehicle is listed property, and although you do not depreciate it, it still should be included on the second page of Form 4562. When I was in public practice, we would use "Leased Vehicle" as the description, include the dates of acquistion, and leave the "numbers" (cost, depreciation) blank.I doubt that the IRS will bust down your door for excluding it, but there it is FYI.CPAScott
