Just a brief update...

I thought about 2Gifts' advice and acted upon it. I wrote my parents a letter opening up a discussion about boundaries.

In brief it outlined my soul searching for why I'm so concerned and interested in being involved, that I'm willing to offer as much as I can, but that I realize that I am still their child and don't want to overstep my bounds.

I mentioned that I'll still be educating myself about what they are going through as I too will probably go through the same in the future.

Good advice heeded, I hope.
