Just because a small percentage of a bug population is immune doesn't mean they evolved into super-bugs.

Allow me a small interjection-

Inherent immunity is a matter of DNA.

It cannot occur without a DNA code that provides for it.

The DNA code of these bugs has caused this immunity and here's how-

The prior DNA code of these bugs did not provide for this immunity except for occasional instances.

Those small genetic instances of immunity provided that those bugs with that genetic trait lived long enough to procreate while others did not over all.

The genetic trait that allowed for the immunity was passed on more readily than the genetic trait that did not.

Eventually, the genetic anomaly of immunity became the new genetic norm.

Ta daa! The majority of the species carries immunity genes over time through the process of the procreation of those that carry it.

That is evolution.

The genetic difference between a cow and a circus clown and a fern occurred by the same process over time from a common ancestor.

I think the problem here is that the scale of the time involved is not readily appreciated by doubters of this explanation.

3.6 billion years. That's how long life has existed on the planet.

3,600,000,000 years.

Human beings achieved behavioral modernity about 50,000 years ago.

That means that we have been in our current state for about the last 0.001388888888888889% of the time that life has existed on earth.

That's roughly one one thousandth of a percent of the time life has existed here.

Life has had time to develop, through genetic change, into every life form currently in existence through natural selection.

And no, we could not have seen anything evolving into something else in any sort of dramatic way no matter how long we have "looked".
