Just curious, would sodding (laying out entirely new sod over the backyard) be prohibitively expensive? If you're getting that much rain and moisture, the new sod should take fairly quickly and for that matter you can get a sod with a deeper root system in place to handle the rain.

Short of that, I might have a landscape guy come out and blade a more convenient draining path in your back yard.

Just my opinion. I looked at the pictures, but couldn't determine too much.
